Meet Dr. Robert
Dr. Robert is a 2006 graduate from Northwestern Health Sciences in Bloomington, MN. He has a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Chiropractic. He has had extensive training in Nutrition and Functional Medicine.
Dr. Robert enjoys fishing, hunting, researching nutrition, and spending time with his family.
He has been in private practice since 2007.
Dr. Jay Bulfer
Meet Dr. Jay
Meet Dr. Jay Bulfer, an Alumni of Northwestern Health Sciences University, where he acquired a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology, as well as a Doctorate in Chiropractic. Known for his proficiency in Occupational Health, Dr. Jay’s comprehensive approach includes adjustments, muscle work, exercise therapy, muscle scraping, and cold laser therapy. He’s also currently extending his repertoire to include Department of Transportation physicals.
Dr. Jay is deeply committed to the health and wellness of his patients. His holistic and patient-centric approach, combined with his academic and practical background, assures that every individual receives optimal care and attention.
Born and raised in the city of Waseca, Dr. Jay carries his small-town values and personal touch into his professional practice. Life carried him towards his loving wife in Chiropractic school. He and his wife Dr. Lyndsea were married in March 2022. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with Lyndsea and their dog Ollie.
Dr. Nathan Kalstad
Meet Dr. Nathan
Dr. Nathan was born and raised in Minnesota where he graduated from Rosemount High school. After high school Nathan joined the Army reserves and pursued an Allied Health degree from Winona State University. Nathan earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Dr. Nathan uses diversified technique and drop table for full spine and extremity adjusting. He is a certified Graston Technique Specialist and has advanced nutrition training. Dr. Nathan is committed to finding the root cause of his patient’s condition and not just treating the symptoms.

Office Manager and a FirstLine Therapist - Missy enjoys warm days, going up north, spending with Dr. Robert and their two kids.
Emily Skluzacek
Massage TherapistI received my training in clinical massage at North Western Health Science University in Bloomington, MN. I am trained in reflexology, geriatric care, massage for the medically complex, and have been working in the medical field for 10+ years. I believe that massage is an essential tool in the healing process. I individualize each massage for my clients based on their medical history and desired outcomes. In my free time, I enjoy the lakes of Minnesota, swimming, and boating. Spending time with my family and friends is a blessing.
