I received my training in clinical massage at North Western Health Science University in Bloomington, MN. I am trained in reflexology, geriatric care, massage for the medically complex, and have been working in the medical field for 10+ years. I believe that massage is an essential tool in the healing process. I individualize each massage for my clients based on their medical history and desired outcomes. In my free time, I enjoy the lakes of Minnesota, swimming, and boating. Spending time with my family and friends is a blessing.
